MV International - EYS 2026
Advancing Inclusive Learning and Accessible Mobility

Creating inclusive learning environments means ensuring that every young person has the opportunity to participate, learn and grow, regardless of their background or individual circumstances. As part of the MVI 2026 programme, MV International will organise the Capacity-Building Workshop on Inclusive Learning and Mobility Access, an activity designed to strengthen the capacities of youth workers, educators and civil society organisations in promoting more accessible and inclusive learning opportunities across Europe.

The workshop will bring together professionals working in the youth sector to explore practical approaches that remove barriers to participation and foster equal access to non-formal education and international mobility programmes. Through collaborative learning and the exchange of experiences, participants will reflect on how inclusion can be embedded into every stage of project design, implementation and evaluation.

Using participatory methods, interactive discussions and collaborative exercises, the activity will focus on inclusive educational practices, accessibility, diversity and equitable participation. Participants will examine common challenges faced by young people with fewer opportunities and explore strategies to create welcoming learning environments that recognise and value different needs, abilities and perspectives.

Particular attention will be given to improving access to European mobility opportunities by identifying practical solutions that support wider participation in international learning experiences. The workshop will encourage organisations to adopt more inclusive approaches that enable all young people to benefit from the educational, social and intercultural value of mobility.

The Capacity-Building Workshop on Inclusive Learning and Mobility Access reflects MV International’s commitment to promoting inclusion, diversity and equal opportunities within the youth sector. By strengthening the competences of youth organisations and professionals, the activity contributes to building more accessible learning environments and supports the broader objectives of the EU Youth Strategy, ensuring that no young person is left behind in accessing opportunities for participation, learning and personal development.
