Puede adoptar muchas formas: desde burlas, insultos y amenazas hasta el robo y la divulgaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n privada.<\/p><p>Ciberacoso y no al odio: \u00bfQu\u00e9 puedes cambiar para acabar con el odio?<\/p><p>Con la promoci\u00f3n de la campa\u00f1a \"CIBERBULLYING y NO HATE SPEECH\", ENGO MVI se propuso celebrar su 5\u00ba aniversario (19 de noviembre de 2012). Durante 5 a\u00f1os hemos contribuido al desarrollo de la sociedad y de sus miembros mediante diversos m\u00e9todos de educaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>La misi\u00f3n de esta campa\u00f1a era sensibilizar a la sociedad sobre el problema del ciberacoso, as\u00ed como sobre la necesidad de contrastar el Discurso de Odio, entendido como un tipo de discurso que ataca a una persona o a un Grupo bas\u00e1ndose en atributos como el g\u00e9nero, el origen \u00e9tnico, la religi\u00f3n, la raza, la discapacidad y la orientaci\u00f3n sexual, a nivel de la sociedad civil y de las instituciones.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-48d0304 exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"48d0304\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mvinternational.ngo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/20160702_195419-1024x768-1-600x450.jpg\" title=\"20160702_195419-1024\u00d7768\" alt=\"No Hate Speach\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4c8c7dc exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4c8c7dc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Los j\u00f3venes son objetivos especialmente vulnerables en los fen\u00f3menos de ciberacoso, tanto en calidad de v\u00edctimas como de autores, debido a su importante participaci\u00f3n en la comunicaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de los nuevos medios, que a menudo no est\u00e1 respaldada por las precauciones adecuadas ni por la concienciaci\u00f3n sobre las consecuencias de una mala gesti\u00f3n de los instrumentos de los nuevos medios.<\/p><p>La Campa\u00f1a Social abord\u00f3 la cuesti\u00f3n del ciberacoso en el marco de un esfuerzo m\u00e1s amplio para sensibilizar a la sociedad sobre la necesidad de hacer frente a los fen\u00f3menos de discurso del odio en todas sus declinaciones, as\u00ed como para promover los valores y principios encabezados por el Movimiento contra el Discurso del Odio bajo el patrocinio del Consejo de Europa.<\/p><p>El discurso del odio ha sido siempre la primera arma de ataque contra los nuevos emigrantes, contra las personas en funci\u00f3n de atributos como el origen \u00e9tnico, la religi\u00f3n, la raza, el g\u00e9nero, la discapacidad o la orientaci\u00f3n sexual, y tiene el resultado potencial de incitar al da\u00f1o.<\/p><p>Cualquiera puede ser objeto de un discurso de odio. Algunas personas pueden serlo por pertenecer a una raza, nacionalidad o religi\u00f3n determinadas. Los participantes en la campa\u00f1a tuvieron que crear dos v\u00eddeos y proporcionar material fotogr\u00e1fico:\u00a0<\/p><p>v\u00eddeo 1: presentaci\u00f3n de la ONG<\/p><p>video 2: VIDEO 2 - CYBER-BULLYING (aprox. 3 min) - cada participante grab\u00f3 un video en el que eligi\u00f3 un problema de Cyber-Bullying que pudiera estar teniendo lugar en su contexto local\/comunidad e intent\u00f3 identificar una soluci\u00f3n que tambi\u00e9n pudiera ser una oportunidad para promover la no discriminaci\u00f3n y la tolerancia en la sociedad.<\/p><p>Fotograf\u00eda: los participantes crearon una fotograf\u00eda relacionada con el Movimiento \"No Hate Speech\". Las fotograf\u00edas fueron recogidas por el IVM y formaron parte de la Campa\u00f1a.<\/p><p>La Campa\u00f1a obtuvo un \u00e9xito rotundo y una amplia participaci\u00f3n de ONG de dentro y fuera de la Uni\u00f3n Europea. Cyber-bullying is an ever increasing phenomenon in ordinary interactions on new media, whose intensification and diffusion is directly related to the development of a generalized access to new media instruments (particularly Social Media) as well as to the decentralized, unfiltered and anonymous communication and viral diffusion of contents ensured by new media architectures. Cyber-bullying can be defined as a repeated verbal or psychological harassment carried out, to different degrees of intensity, by an individual or group against others through new media instruments (Social Media and interactive Internet services in general). It can take many forms: from mockery, insults and threats to the theft and release of private information. Cyber-Bullying and No Hate Speech: What can you change to stop the hate? By promoting the campaign \u201cCYBER-BULLYING and NO HATE SPEECH\u201d, ENGO MVI aimed at celebrating its 5th anniversary (19th November 2012). For 5 years we have contributed to the development of society and its members by various methods of education. The mission of this campaign was to sensitize society about the issue of cyber-bullying as well as about the need of contrasting Hate Speech, understood as a type of speech that attacks a person or a Group based on attributes such as gender, ethnic origin, religion, race, disability and sexual orientation, at the level of the civil society and institutions. Young people are particularly vulnerable targets in cyberbullying phenomena, as both victims and perpetrators, due to their substantial engagement in new media communication, often not supported by adequate precautions and awareness about the consequences of mismanagement of new media instruments. The Social Campaign addressed the issue of Cyber-Bullying in the frame of a wider effort at sensitizing society about the necessity of tackling Hate Speech phenomena in all their declinations as well as to advance the values and principles spearheaded by the No Hate Speech Movement under the sponsorship of the Council of Europe. Hate Speech was always the first weapon of attack on new emigrants, on people on the basis of attributes such as ethnic origin, religion, race, gender, disability, or, sexual orientation and has the potential result of inciting harm. Just about anyone can be a target of hate speech. Some people might become targets due to their beloging to a particular race, nationality, or religion. Other people could be targeted because they are disabled in some way, or because of their gender, age, or sexual orientation. https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=J59xUWTP8Hg Participating organizations were requested to provide their information and submitting their contributions to ENGO MVI.\u00a0 Campaign participants had to create 2 videos and provide some photographical materials:\u00a0 video 1: presentation of the NGO video 2: VIDEO 2 \u2013 CYBER-BULLYING (approx. 3 min) \u2013 each participant recorded a video in which they choose an issue of Cyber-Bullying which might be taking place in their local context\/community and tried to identify a solution that could also be an opportunity for promoting non discrimination and tolerance in society. Photograph: the participants created a photograph related to the No Hate Speech Movement. Photographs were collected by MVI and formed part of the Campaign. The Campaign achieved a resounding success and a widespread participation by NGOs within and outside the European Union. All the member of the ENGO MVI Network sent their contributions (Videos and Photograph) with their example being followed by several external organizations from Europe, Africa and Latin America. Cyber-bullying is an ever increasing phenomenon in ordinary interactions on new media, whose intensification and diffusion is directly related to the development of a generalized access to new media instruments (particularly Social Media) as well as to the decentralized, unfiltered and anonymous communication and viral diffusion of contents ensured by new media architectures. Cyber-bullying can be defined as a repeated verbal or psychological harassment carried out, to different degrees of intensity, by an individual or group against others through new media instruments (Social Media and interactive Internet services in general). It can take many forms: from mockery, insults and threats to the theft and release of private information. Cyber-Bullying and No Hate Speech: What can you change to stop the hate? By promoting the campaign \u201cCYBER-BULLYING and NO HATE SPEECH\u201d, ENGO MVI aimed at celebrating its 5th anniversary (19th November 2012). For 5 years we have contributed to the development of society and its members by various methods of education. The mission of this campaign was to sensitize society about the issue of cyber-bullying as well as about the need of contrasting Hate Speech, understood as a type of speech that attacks a person or a Group based on attributes such as gender, ethnic origin, religion, race, disability and sexual orientation, at the level of the civil society and institutions. Young people are particularly vulnerable targets in cyberbullying phenomena, as both victims and perpetrators, due to their substantial engagement in new media communication, often not supported by adequate precautions and awareness about the consequences of mismanagement of new media instruments. The Social Campaign addressed the issue of Cyber-Bullying in the frame of a wider effort at sensitizing society about the necessity of tackling Hate Speech phenomena in all their declinations as well as to advance the values and principles spearheaded by the No Hate Speech Movement under the sponsorship of the Council of Europe. Hate Speech was always the first weapon of attack on new emigrants, on people on the basis of attributes such as ethnic origin, religion, race, gender, disability, or, sexual orientation and has the potential result of inciting harm. Just about anyone can be a target of hate speech. Some people might become targets due to their beloging to a particular race, nationality, or religion. Other people could be targeted because they are disabled in some way, or because of their gender, age, or sexual orientation. https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=J59xUWTP8Hg Participating organizations were requested to provide their information and submitting their contributions to ENGO MVI.\u00a0 Campaign participants had to create 2 videos and provide some photographical materials:\u00a0 video 1: presentation of the NGO video 2: VIDEO 2 \u2013 CYBER-BULLYING (approx. 3 min) \u2013 each participant recorded a video in which they choose an issue of Cyber-Bullying which might be taking place in their local context\/community and tried to identify a solution that could also be an opportunity for promoting non discrimination and tolerance in society. Photograph: the participants created a photograph related to the No Hate Speech Movement. Photographs were collected by MVI and formed part of the Campaign. The Campaign achieved a resounding success and a widespread participation by NGOs within and outside the European Union.
